We have adopted the traditional Project Management processes such as Resource Management, Cost and Schedule Management, Communications Management, Risk Management, Scope Management, and Quality Management, and tailored to suit the various software project delivery models we offer to our customer base.

Our technology philosophy for effective implementation of these processes allowed us to develop various web based tools such as web-based project management tools including, schedule module, WBS module, resource allocation module, timesheet module, e-mail module, and document repository module.
