The Project Manager(PM) aligns the Vedams delivery team to the vision of the project and designs the project’s organizational structure. The PM is a technology expert involved with successfully delivering the project as defined, looks after the day to day operation of the team, ensuring project performance is maintained at the levels required to achieve success. The PM looks into the application of knowledge, tools, and techniques to design, organize, and control the various project processes. There is an entire technical team under the project manager, which helps to achieve all the objectives of the project.
